Dr. Helen R. Brooks Aguocha is an ardent supporter of her community, of Plainview, Texas and several neighboring communities and has served and made contributions of many facets.
As alumni of Wayland Baptist University, she has accomplished the following degrees; a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Masters of Education with a specialization in Psychology, Masters of Christian Ministry, a Doctorate in Psychology and enrolled at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary Doctorial Program.
Apostle Helen is the Co-Founder and Co-Pastor of OIMZION International Global Missions & Ministries. This ministry focuses on increasing and enhancing the lives of individuals who have been counted down and out by society. The motto gives light to the vision of this apostolic house: “Doing Battle on the Frontline of Ministry: Real People, Real Struggles, Real Deliverance” with a foundation on the scriptures of Jeremiah 30:17-22.
Apostle Helen’s ministerial itinerary is diverse and life changing. Her modality to distributing to the needs of people, by way of the word of God, is a no nonsense and uncompromising approach. This has allowed her to become a well sought after prophetic ministry gift and apostolic officer that is used mightily by the Holy Spirit to usher in change. Her travels have taken her across national and international soil to minister to the need of all people groups.
Apostle Helen is the Executive Producer for the “Forecast for the Outcast Television Broadcast”, which airs weekly in the Panhandle of Texas and also, "Fire by Force" broadcasted nationally on the NOW Network, every Tuesday night at 10PM Central.
A prolific playwright and dynamic producer of live stage performances, some of her annual productions, related to black awareness and today’s relevant life issues, are performed on major stages, one of which is Wayland Baptist University.
One of her greatest ministerial achievements is a national, international and global ministry entitled: Heavenly Hair “Until There’s A Cure…We Provide Comfort”. God has given her the vision to resolve a much needed service, causing her to develop and implement a personal ministry exclusively for cancer victims in treatment. This delightful ministry has been specifically created to assist cancer patients in regaining some of the self-esteem and confidence that illness and treatment has taken from them. Wigs and hair pieces are donated free of charge to those patients who have lost their hair to chemotherapy and other related treatments.
Apostle Helen is a cutting edge business owner, developer and entrepreneur. She established Everything Sales, in 2003. This business is specifically designed to meet the needs of the total person, in the areas of, both, progressive beauty and forward fashion.
